At PrimeTime our approach is unique. We have Professional Sales people on staff who work with both the candidates and the clients.
We will post positions on job boards and attract candidates using social media. However we will also network through several different channels and engage with not only candidates that are looking at opportunities but with candidates that are not looking. These candidates are not sending in resumes and quite often can be the best candidates.
Our mission is simple we are here to help you succeed. We accomplish this by bringing you candidates that will meet and exceed your expectations. We are able to do this at a much lower cost due to the fact that our team is small in number and dedicated to Sales Professionals. This is not just a mission statement it is our guarantee and we provide it with every hire.
